The property is a traditional cottage which has undergone extensive renovation, privately gated with secure, off road parking for multiple vehicles. Rosebud cottage has three bedrooms, a kitchen and dining room, living room, conservatory, office space, walk in shower with private and secure gardens.

The property is absolutely perfect for holiday makers and sight see-ers, as much as it lends its self fantastically for local tradesmen and professionals to stay at whilst working local to the area.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! It was perfect for my family, being in a peaceful and beautiful area. The house was extremely clean and homely, with lovely Halloween welcome treats waiting for us in the kitchen! It’s our second visit to this lovely airB&B, with the location being perfect for days in Chester and Llangollen! Felt lucky to have stayed there!

Colin and Bev couldn’t do enough for us, the place was exactly how it was listed and the fire went down a treat! Colin bent over backwards to try and help us when we needed to extend but unfortunately he had another guest checking in. Would recommend!

A beautiful house in a peaceful setting. Exactly as described. Colin and Bev were so helpful and friendly - helping us arrive safely and were very responsive with suggestions while we were there. I wish we had stayed longer! Would highly recommend! The house had great amenities and lots of room for 5 of us to have a comfortable stay. Will definitely be back if we are in the area again 🙂
